Cleansing Smudge Ritual

O conjunto para um ritual de limpeza completo composto por:

• 1 ramo de sálvia branca californiana

• 2 a 3 pedaços de pau santo

• cristal (quartzo ou selenite)

Como utilizar: Simultaneamente ou de forma alternada, queime a ponta de um dos pedaços de pau santo ou do ramo de sálvia durante um minuto e, com o cristal por perto e a mente consciente, deixe que o fumo e o aroma se libertem pela casa enquanto mantém as janelas e portas abertas. Repita as vezes que quiser.

This cleansing ritual contains:

• 1 bunch of California White Sage

• 2 to 3 pieces of Palo Santo

• 1 small selenite crystal

We like to burn Palo Santo daily - to ground us and start & end the day - and White Sage in our living space on the weekends when we really have the time to go from one room to another setting cleansing intentions and renewing its energy.
