Shipping & Delivery

Once you place your order, we will process it as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our studio in Lisbon within 1-3 business days. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number of the package or details. If you asked for Pick-Up at our Studio, please email us as soon as you place the order so we can confirm when it’s ready for you to pick it up. Please, be reminded that we do not have a physical store and we’re not open the traditional retail hours, so please always let us know when you plan to come so we can be there to welcome you.

Shipping rates can vary in some specific products or be determined by the amount/volume of products in your basket. When in doubt, contact us or check the product page for additional information. If you want to know the specific shipping fee for your order, please go to check out and select your delivery country.

Below are rates and estimated delivery times from the time the parcel is shipped from our Lisbon Studio. For now, we only work with CTT Expresso for our national and international deliveries. 


Delivery to Portugal Continental

Express: 1-2 business days

PICK UP Lisbon: 1-2 business days (schedule to be confirmed)

Price: FREE

Delivery to Madeira e Porto Santo

Express: 2-3 business days

Price: 8 euros
   

Delivery to Açores:

Express: 2 -3 business days

Delivery to Spain: 

CTT Expresso: 2 - 3 business days

** In case your package appears damaged or lost, we can not take responsibility. If the contents are damaged, please contact customer service at hello@ervamoura.pt with your order number.

Please check your Name and Address at checkout. We can not take responsibility for misspelling errors and missing information. If a package is returned to us we can either refund you of the amount of your order (except shipping fees) or send it again. If you choose to be resend the package, delivery rates will be applied for rescheduled delivery.

For Portugal deliveries, if there is no one at the address when the package arrives you will be notified - via email or text message - for pick up at your nearest CTT shop within 5 business days. If you suspect this may be the case but have not received notification, please always check your tracking number or contact us for help. If not picked up, the package will be returned to our Studio, and delivery rates will be applied for rescheduled delivery.
